Ambuja Neotia Group is one of Eastern India’s largest and most diversified conglomerates, with 43 business ventures spanning hospitality, food & beverage, real estate and retail. The QSR and F&B arm required a single integrated ERP to manage the entire operation — from raw material procurement and kitchen production through to outlet billing, delivery dispatch and group-level financial reporting.
WASS designed and built the QSR ERP platform in 2022, purpose-built to handle the scale of the Ambuja Neotia operation: 3.5 lakh daily orders across all outlets, managed from one platform. The system covers the full production-to-delivery chain — inventory management at ingredient level, procurement with supplier PO and GRN workflows, forager management for sourcing, outlet-level order management and last-mile delivery tracking.
The inventory module tracks stock from central kitchen to individual outlet in real time. When an outlet’s stock falls below the reorder threshold, a replenishment request is raised automatically to the central kitchen or the procurement team. Wastage is logged at every stage, giving the operations team accurate food cost data by outlet, by day and by menu item.
The group reporting layer gives Ambuja Neotia’s management a consolidated view of all 43 businesses — revenue, order volume, average order value, food cost percentage, delivery performance and outlet-wise profitability — from one dashboard. The platform is built for scale: the architecture was designed from day one to handle peak-day order volumes without degradation. Demo is available on demand for qualified prospects.
